The Vilt Van Ver brand, which means ‘felt from afar’, stands for timelessly designed and functional products made from sustainable felt. With a focus on high quality and environmental awareness, the items are designed with love and care to add natural charm to any home.
The Dutch design company works closely with an organisation in Nepal that enables women there to achieve financial independence through fair wages and good working conditions. The products are made from pure wool from New Zealand, which is dyed in Kathmandu at 1,300 metres and processed into felt. Each piece is unique, as colours and shades vary depending on the sunlight, season and temperature.
