Shipping and returns

Shipping & delivery

• The sales prices quoted do not include shipping costs.
• Shipping only within Switzerland by parcel post.
• Delivery time: Normally 3 to 4 working days after receipt of payment.
• Shipping costs from 01.01.2025: CHF 9.00 per order.
• Free delivery: From an order value of CHF 100.00.
• International shipping from a minimum order value of CHF 200.00 on request. We will be happy to calculate shipping costs excl. customs duties for you.
• Sustainable packaging: We use used cardboard packaging to conserve resources.

Returns & exchanges

• Returns are possible within 10 days of receipt of the goods.
• The goods must be unused and in their original packaging.
• Returns must be made at your own expense to the following address:
  IC Design AG, c/o Design Logistik GmbH, Balz Zimmermann Str. 38, 8302 Kloten
• Returns will be credited to the customer's account. A refund to the original means of payment is not possible.
• Reduced products are excluded from exchange.
• If an item has been delivered damaged or incorrectly, please contact us before returning it at: info@icdesign.ch.
