Refund policy

Right of Withdrawal

Returns
Our return policy is 10 days. If 10 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.


Certain types of goods are excluded from returns. Perishable goods, such as food or hygiene products, cannot be returned.

Other items that cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Health and personal care products

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.


There are certain situations in which no refund or only a partial refund is possible (if applicable): Books with signs of use or items that have been opened. Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts, unless this is due to our fault.
Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refund (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or denied.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Delayed or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Next, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted. Then contact your bank. It often takes some time for the refund to be posted.

Sale Items (if applicable)
Only full-price items are eligible for refunds; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you’d like to exchange an item, please email us at rebecca@icdesign.ch and send the item directly to our warehouse: IC Design AG, c/o Design Logistik GmbH, Balz Zimmermann Strasse 38, 8302 Kloten, Schweiz.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and was shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. As soon as we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

Shipping
To return your product, please send it to the following address: IC Design AG, c/o Design Logistik GmbH, Balz Zimmermann Strasse 38, 8302 Kloten, Switzerland.

You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item valued at more than CHF 75.00, you should use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
