tät tat - Literature Advent Calendar Ilma Rakusa "Tim und der alte Mann oder die Schönheit der Steine"

Wholesale order minimum 12, assortments with different authors possible

Advent calendar with wax candle to build and daily pages from a short story by Ilma Rakusa - a children's story for ages 7 and up.

"Im Sommer, am Meer, sammelte Tim immer Muscheln. ... Tim sammelte auch Steine. ..."

In Ilma Rakusa's story, an elderly neighbor and a schoolboy named Tim grow closer. The old man, too, turns out to be a rock collector. Tim is amazed as he is drawn into the old man's rich, geological world, but he also discovers a wealth of himself.  A story that conjures tactile memories in the fingertips, evokes forgotten childhood tastes on the tongue, and tells of a connection that transcends age barriers. The story is printed in German as well as in French.

Place the calender on a tablet, preferably with light shining from behind and the colorful windows will start glowing in a festive light. We recommend lighting the candle at Christmas and reading the story aloud.

Includes: 24 wax tablets, 24 pages of short story, 1 book binding with pin, 1 candle wick
